Jan is a former teacher and therapist with over thirty-three years of experience working with children. She has been inspired to develop tools to help children and the people who love them to navigating this complex world. Jan’s tools help children to connect with and release uncomfortable feelings, learn grounding and breathing techniques understand more about their energy both within and outside of their bodies and to discover ways to calm and regulate their nervous system.
