John Thie developed Touch for Health in the 1970’s as a practical and effective method of balancing the body’s energy system for greater health and well-being. Incorporating practical information from Applied Kinesiology, John Thie developed tools to help people to “balance” their psychological, anatomical, and physiological responses which make up the “Triangle of Health”. Simple and effective techniques are incorporated to release the stress response in the brain/body.
Touch for Health incorporates muscle checking to give feedback about energy and muscular imbalances which could lead to stress responses in the brain/body.
